PLAN YOUR TRIP
Meeting Hotel: Citizen M
70 Causeway Street
Boston, MA 02114
AAHE Rate: $259/night plus tax
Our “hub” for the conference will be downtown Boston. Boston has many hotel options for you to choose from. We have reserved a block of rooms at Citizen M Hotel at North Station at a rate of $259 a night plus tax. This rate is available from June 9 – June 12.
Recieve the AAHE rate by clicking above and following the steps below:
1. Enter your information to reserve the room and then click “Submit Reservation”.
2. You will then receive an emailed confirmation. Please open the email and click either the red button on the top that says “manage booking” or scroll further down and click the red button that says “get the app”. We suggest downloading the app as you will also be able to use this app to check-in, control functions in your room, and browse menus.
3. Pull up your reservation using one of the methods above and attach your credit card to the reservation. You can also prepay if you wish. Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- From Logan Airport: 15 minutes by taxi — and we do recommend taxi over Uber or Lyft for your transportation FROM the airport. Rideshare access at Logan airport is pretty chaotic and taxis often have a better fare.
- Another option is to take the airport shuttle to the MBTA Airport station, transfer to the Green line at Government Center, and get off at North Station. Citizen M, the hotel with an AAHE rate, is literally AT North Station. The fare is $2.40 and once you are on the MBTA, it’s about 15 minutes to North Station. The free airport shuttle to the MBTA runs every 5-6 minutes.
