The 2025 annual meeting will be held in Philadelphia at the University of Philadelphia on Thursday and Friday, May 29 and 30, 2025, with a welcome dinner on Wednesday, May 28

Past Meetings:

The 2024 Annual Meeting was held in Boston, MA, and hosted by Brandeis and Suffolk, June 10-11.

The 2023 Annual Meeting was held in Palo Alto, CA, and hosted by Stanford University from June 21-23, 2023

The 2022 Annual Meeting was held in Ann Arbor, and hosted by the University of Michigan from June 2-4, 2022









We began calling ourselves the Campus Arts Directors which we continued to use until November of 2009 when we selected the name Arts Administrators in Higher Education.
In March 2006 Eric Beatty (Johns Hopkins), Ty Furman (U Penn at the time, now Boston University) and Jack Megan (Harvard) hosted the first gathering at Harvard. In attendance were arts staff from Brandeis, Cal Tech, Dartmouth, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, MIT, U Penn and UVA.
